Hi lil’ dude. There was some major noise happening behind our house this morning which made the doggy and baby boy rise a little bit earlier than we are all used to, well in some ways. I knew you were awake so I didn’t make too much of a fuss about getting up and out of my bed. I always do my downward doggy stretches first, and then I casually crawl out of my bed. I like to move as slow as possible to prolong the comfort of my sleep routine. I go to sleep right when you do, in order to maximize how much shut eye I am getting. A dog of my age needs as much sleep as dogg-ily possible. I have a lot of things on my mind these days. Take this list for instance, in no particular order I have some things to share:
-The itchiness of my eyes on occasion when we romp around outside.
-Why do babies grow up so fast?
-Why are both of the adult humans at home, all the time now?
-Why do you not go on an adventures each day with the mama for at least an hour or more?
-What happened to my mid-morning nap ritual?
-Why do toddlers like to tell me what to do?
-How long is it, truly, before we each our next meal?
-Where does the sunshine go when it gets dark and cold?
-Why is the moon called the moon and why do the neighbor dogs bark at it?
-Where are my four legged cousins at, because I haven’t seen them in a very long time?
As I said, I had a lot of things on my mind. I feel a little better having made some time to discuss them here with you. Thanks for lending me your ears, or is it ear? Mine work in tandem, but sometimes one will flop over onto itself, but I guess that’s another story. I love you brother!
