Dear Leo,
Hi baby. Today I got to wake you up. Mom and Dad opened the door for me and I do all the work of walking in, sniffing your bed, and settling into the corner so when you pretend to be sleeping, but actually looking up, you’ll see me. We got to play outside, that was my favorite part of today. You say, “BAAAAAAAA-BAAAAA,” which mom and dad translate as ball, L’s are hard to pronounce, I agree. Usually I just skip consonants, they’re overrated and being a dog it’s all about the vowel sounds when you have to talk loud enough for the dogs one street over to hear you. But, that’s another story. Anyway, yeah, the play times outside was the bestest part of today. I loved when you gave me hugs too, on the bed. I licked your face. That was nice.
