Dear Momma,
I appreciate how you want to include me in this journey, but I really cherish my quiet couch time. I remained steadfast in my decision to be cozy today. There are some sessions that require my utmost attention, but I supervise quite well with a bit of an inclined view.
It appears as though you worked on a bit of introspection today. I know that you work hard at intentional movement, and I do as well! I demonstrate downward dog every day when I rise. I think you’ve been taking some notes from my practice, nice job momma. Well, I must depart because the toddler brother is encroaching on my space.
