Dear Little puppy brother,
Hi. It’s Kimmy again. I just wanted to tell you that I’m sorry I ate the piece of banana that you flung on the floor this morning. I’m not sure why you decided to do that, because I know you love the bananas as much as me. But, just so you know, I love the bananas too! I don’t like it when you growl and stomp towards me when we get the morning bananas before the oatmeal, so I kinda sorta didn’t feel so bad about eating your dropped banana. But then, when you were cry-crying about it, I felt the sad feelings too.
You don’t need to cry though little guy, momma had more for you in your bowl! Just know this next time, try a yawn or a big sigh, that helps me when I’m feeling sad or stressed or the anxious feelings come up too. Sometimes I like to shake my head and my floppy ears also. It helps to get the jitters out of my body and back into the air. So, next time you feel the sad feelings, what are you going to do? Yawn, sigh, or shake it off little guy!
