Dear Leo,
Today you and mama came back from Grandma’s house and I knew this, because I smelled her hugs on you! I know a grandma hug when I smell it! I’m not sure if you realize that they were my grandma first, and then your grandma because I am older than you. I wouldn’t say that I am wiser than you, all of the time, but I do know a thing or two about being a dog and using all of my sensibilities in life. Most of the time you listen to me, but lately you have started trying to tell me what to do. I listen, and then I lick your face and just get into play mode because I think that’s what you really want to do with me… which is to play, but you get all worried about the stuff in life, the stuff being: the balls, the stuffies, and the pillows.
You like to pile them up on the counter, but I am pretty saavy when it comes to pulling them back down. Sometimes I’ll do that right in front of you, and other times, I’ll wait for you to be busy doing something else, and then I pull it back down to lay or chew on it. I love you, and your big thoughts about doggy should’s and shouldn’ts.
Xo,
Kimmy
