Dear Kimmy-Kim,
Guess what? I can give you pets now, really well in fact! I can control my hand movements super strongly, and I tell them where to go with my brain! Isn’t that cool?! I love to try and grab your fur because it is smooth and shiny. Sometimes you turn to face me and lick my whole face in one fast swipe. I kind of like it, but other times it startles me and I’m not so sure about the whole thing.
I do know one thing for sure, I love to watch you walk and move around. You’re a fascinating human doggy creature! Whenever you and brother romp around, I get super jazzed feelings in my belly and I like to scream to be a part of things too. I can’t quite move my whole body the way that I would like to, but mama and daddy say that one day soon I’ll be able to. I hope I can cross the room and pull myself up to the couch where you lay down.
I like to watch your back rise and fall up there. You take big deep breaths and I giggle when you lift your head and yawn, while watching me. Life’s funny like that. Everything that is new is fascinating, and I like to investigate to learn about everything. I learned about cold and hot, hard and soft, poky and smooth yesterday. I kept hearing those words, but now I kind of understand that actual meaning of it all. I like to take the fishies from my new fish tank and bang them together or up against the tank because they make this sound, “Bang, bang, bang,” isn’t that a great sound?
Come to think of it, I’m not quite sure if you particularly enjoy the sound, but I make it none the less! Brother makes lots of sounds too! We’re sound kings, we hear it, we emulate it, we listen to it, we repeat it! Yay Kimmy, I love you, thanks for being my big sister dog.
xo,
